The BK1510 is designed to upgrade a compatible e-bike that already has an electric drive system. It is not intended to convert a non-electric bicycle into an e-bike.
Compatibility requires more than a matching wheel size. Picarlo must consider the rear dropout, frame and fork condition, brakes, battery, connectors, controller requirements, and intended use. Submit your bike details and photos before ordering.
The BK1510 is supplied as a matched system with the motor wheel assembly and tire pre-fitted, controller, your selected 635 or 640 display, throttle, sensor, and matching extension cable. Refer to the product configuration shown at checkout for the final contents.
The 1500W BK1510 is the highest-power option, intended for demanding off-road performance, stronger torque, and climbing on a suitable e-bike. It may not qualify as a street-legal e-bike in many locations; the rider is responsible for lawful use.
Professional installation is strongly recommended. A 1500W system places greater demands on the frame, wheel mounting, brakes, battery, wiring, and overall bike condition, so the complete setup should be inspected and tested before riding.
Only if it falls within the stated 24V-60V system range and meets the exact controller voltage, current-output, connector, and condition requirements. Do not assume that a battery is suitable based on voltage alone.
Choose the 635 if you prefer a simpler, more streamlined interface. Choose the 640 if you prefer a more detailed information layout. Both options must match the selected Picarlo controller and kit configuration.
